| How do I create an account? | |
| 1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer". Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. | How do I edit my account information? | |
| Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information. | |
| How much is my shipping? | |
| Shipping will be added to the order within 24 to 48 hours after the order has been place, due to the nature of our business and the various weights and sizes of our products. We will email customers with the charges and you will receive the full shipping estimate that will be added to the order under your "My Accounts" section. If the shipping charges are not paid in full within 3 business days, we will cancel the order. All items will be shipped to the address given in checkout through PayPal, under "shipping address" ONLY. For more information please see our TERMS & CONDITIONS. | |
